• Important - We cannot and will not ship any stun guns or TASERs to DC, HI, IL, MA, MI, NJ, NY, RI and WI.
• Security - All personal information you enter is encrypted and secured.
• Fast Shipping - Orders will be processed and shipped the same day if in by 2pm EST Monday through Friday. All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS. We don't ship to the Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico.
• UPS Ground - Flat rate $8.50 per order (no matter how much you order).
• USPS - Flat rate $8.50 per order
• ANY ORDER FROM ANY AREA OR STATE FOR A STUN GUN OR TASER THAT IS NOT APPROVED WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED
• If you order a TASER you will have to pass a back ground check. You will receive intructions to activate.

Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped same day if in by 2:00 pm EST  Monday - Friday. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST or on weekends or Holidays will be shipped the following business day. All orders must have a physical address as most of our shipping is handled by UPS , they will not deliver to a PO Box. We charge a flat fee of $8.50 for shipping and handling .

Return Policy

You may return  item within 30 days of the shipment date for refund or replacement. Please note that there is a 20% Restocking fee for the return of non-defective items. Due to the nature of the products Pepper Sprays and batteries can NOT be returned. Open TASER brand products and accessories can NOT be returned. Hidden cameras,  surveillance equipment and other high tech equipment are special ordered by the person ordering and can NOT be cancelled. Due to the nature of our product line , returns will only be accepted for products that are damaged upon shipment to the customer. All returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) number. this RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. There must also be a note inside explaining the  problem. Shipping and Handling is NOT included. Once product is deemed defective , replacement will be shipped back to you at no charge. Special note on TASER products must be handled by TASER warranty/return policy. Any refunds will be shown as a credit on your billing statement.

Warranty & Defect

All warranties are resposibilty of the manufacturer NOT Allen's Personal Safety. Note: Stun Guns must use correct batteries for warranty to be in effect. Stun Master only recognizes Eveready Energizer as the proper battery.

Allen's Personal Safety guarentees all products to be free of defects when shipped , all our products are warranted by the manufacturers.

Important Note : Do NOT disassemble any product . This will void any warranty and refund privilege.

Sales Tax

Any sales in the state of North Carolina , we must collect sales tax.

Privacy Policy

We understand that privacy and security are big issues on the internet. Allen's Personal Safety wants to assure everyone who visits our online store that we follow the highest industry standards regarding safety , privacy and security.

We collect e-mail address and phone number of those who purchase from us. The information we collect is used by us to contact customers for their order status and billing related issues.We will never sell, give or share your information to anyone

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
